We are delighted to announce that we have this week launched two new books as follows:

“CHANGING HISTORY’ is a compilation of stories chosen by the judges of the third Mentoring Writers Writing Competition to be included in this the 2023 book.

The theme for entries was to rewrite a scene from history. This could be done in either a short story or poetic format. The result was an unexpected selection that offers scenes that are humorous, quirky and unique. Regardless of that we think you will enjoy reading the writers take on how they reviewed history.

Some of the content is not for children’s viewing.

This book is now available.

The second book due to be released any day now is A Year of Poetry 2 - 2022-2023 and is the second compilation of poems from the members of Lis’ Poetry Place. The Group meets once a month and produces poems based on prompts provided although this is not always strictly adhered to.

You will find the poems will make you laugh, cry, and even question? But regardless of that there is something to suit every poetry lover.
