This fantasy  story  is based on the young authors love of Halloween characters and her family make-up.

From her mother who loves books, to an aunt she doesn’t really get on with, to her sister and cousins, Leah has allowed her imagination to wander.

The book was written when she was twelve years old. We presented it to the annual Winchester University Writing Competition for which Leah was awarded a Commendation. The judge gave her a wonderful review which stated that the story kept her hooked to the very end and she was so delighted with the ending.

What a charming fantasy story from this young writer. With colour illustrations this is a fun read for young readers 12+.
