Lorella wrote Jolly Loves Jelly when she was aged 10. Having suffered with a debilitating illness for two or three years Loreela found comfort in writing stories that she believed would entertain children.

The book is a charming story with some delightful colourful images. And tells the tale about a giraffe, called Jolly, who gets a liking for strawberry jelly. So much so, that Jolly decides he wants to make his own jelly and perhaps earn some spending money. This is Jolly’s story and how he became known as the famous ‘Jolly Jelly Giraffe.’

Jolly Loves Jelly is Lorella’s first foray into the writing world as a young published author. We believe we will such more from this young prolific writer over the coming years.
